As the name suggests, object-specific PCB rules apply only to the selected object. Only Selector-Based Layout Rules can be applied to multiple objects.
Quick Method: Using the Toolbar (Recommended)
Ask Flux to add a layout rule to one object. Name the object by its designator or net name.
Set the trace width of the VBUS net to 0.5 mm.
Add a 0.3 mm keep out to pad 1 of U2.
Rotate the 3D model of the M3 standoff H1 by 90 degrees and move it 2 mm to the right.

For individual objects, the fastest way to modify layout properties is to use the toolbar, which appears automatically when you select an object in the PCB editor.
Traditional Method: Using the Inspector Panel
Ask Flux to add or change the rule on the object, and tell it the value.
Add a solder mask expansion of 0.1 mm to via TP3.
Set the corner radius of the board outline to 3 mm to match the enclosure.
You can also do it in the inspector panel.
To add an object-specific rule through the inspector panel:
Select an object
Find the "Layout rules" in the right-side menu
Click on "Edit" -> "Add"
Search for the desired rule and add it.
