Manufacturing with Flux

Prepare board and mechanical part files, create production panels, and compare manufacturing options for your complete device.

Board manufacturing files

Ask Flux to prepare files for board fabrication and assembly.

Export the Gerber files, BOM, and pick-and-place file for this board.

Export an IPC-D-356 netlist for the flying-probe test.

Prepare mechanical part files

Ask Flux to prepare each part for its manufacturing process.

Prepare this motor bracket for CNC machining in aluminum 6061 and export a STEP file for a quote.

Choose manufacturing profiles

Ask Flux to compare profiles that fit the board.

Compare manufacturing profiles for this board and recommend one for its layer count and routing.

Use the JLCPCB profile for this board.

Create PCB panels

Get wire harness quotes and orders
