Circuit blocks

Get working circuits for your device without starting from a blank schematic. Tell Flux what the device must do, and Flux builds the power, processor, sensor, and interface blocks. Flux is an AI hardware engineer. It designs the electronics as one part of the complete device that you design.

Build the electronics for your device from circuit blocks that match its requirements.

Choose and build circuit blocks

Tell Flux what the device must do, where it will operate, and how it will be powered.

Build an ESP32 IoT sensor device with a BME280, USB-C power, and an antenna. Place the antenna away from the battery and add a firmware starter.
Build a BLE temperature sensor node for a battery-powered enclosure. Include the sensor, radio, battery input, and charging circuit.
Design a switching regulator for a 5 V input and 3.3 V output at 1 A. Select the feedback resistors and inductor.
Build a 555 timer circuit that flashes an LED at 1 Hz. Choose the resistor and capacitor values.

Flux uses the device requirements, available space, enclosure, battery, and interfaces to choose and connect circuit blocks. Give Flux the operating conditions and the role of each block.

Add a sensor block to this board. Keep its connector aligned with the enclosure opening and reserve space for the battery.

Calculate component values from a datasheet

Give Flux the datasheet and the target operating conditions. Flux can use the datasheet equations to calculate component values and state the assumptions used.

Use the TPS62160 datasheet equations to calculate the output divider resistors and inductor for 3.3 V out at 1 A. Assume a 5 V input and show the equations.
Use the 555 timer datasheet equations to calculate resistor and capacitor values for a 1 Hz output.
